The idiot that gave this product a 1 star was reviewing the Amazon service, not the product. Amazon should not allow people to mark a product down when the review is not about the product!

A great product, plan and simple. Tastes great easy to mix. This product mixs well no big lumps of powder like with other products. After drink these shakes you can feel the differece in your body. If you have been sidelined in life due to injuries and weight gain this product will help you on your way to a better you.

I read all the reviews and I guess I did not think it could taste as bad as was stated……….but it did. I also read that several people said it “KILLED” their appetite. Not mine. I have started with the Atkins (Choc) drink and it is very good and has made me feel full.

Suggested serving size is 2 to 3 scoops per drink. Using 3 scoops means there are only 10 servings in the 2 lb size. That translates to $4 per drink. Not exactly cheap even with Amazon pricing.

This stuff really works!!! and you do feel remarkable energy and will lose weight if you USE this for JUST 1 meal replacements. They suggest 8-10 oz of water with 2-3 scoops.. for me personally? I use a full 16oz bottle with 3 level scoops (provided)& 1 tablespoon of vanilla (Blend for 45 secs) then ADD 8 ice cubes. & pour in 34 oz glass. This truly is filling and will suppress your appetite. BEST time? morning! Watch your intake of fast or fried foods you will lose weight and feel/sleep soo much better. BEST tasting stuff out there. You can spend 10 times this much for jenny craig. nutrisystems medifast/optifast. NO NEED! BUY with confidence. Just so you know i have nothing to do with the company! But I swear to you…anyone that doesn’t like the taste? is a tad fussy. This is better than any shake you’ve ever had on the planet!
